In her work, she brings out the unique qualities of materials like oil, acrylic, graphite, and plaster to create pieces filled with a quiet sense of life.

Born in Saitama Prefecture, she majored in Japanese literature at university. 

Having practiced watercolor, drawing, and oil painting from childhood through her teens, 

she later studied drawing in her 30s to dedicate herself to creation. 

Blessed with many great mentors, she has also visited diverse regions through her work in planning, organizing, and writing for books and magazines. Her artistic practice centers around the key themes of "land, experience, and outlook.”
